Welcome to Navam Wellness. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications and services, including RantSpace (rantspace.me), Feel2Art (feel2art.com) and Feel2Art Gallery (feel2artgallery.com) (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our Services

Navam Wellness provides digital wellness products designed to support mental wellbeing:

• RantSpace: A private space to express and release thoughts. Content is processed locally and never stored on our servers.
• Feel2Art: AI-powered platform that transforms emotions into creative expressions including poems, stories, and artwork.
• Feel2Art Gallery: Curated collection of therapeutic abstract art designed for healing spaces.

User Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

The Services and all their original content, features and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof—are owned by Navam Wellness or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Navam Wellness. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from any part of our Services without explicit written permission from Navam Wellness.

User Content

RantSpace Content

Content entered into RantSpace is designed to be ephemeral. We do not store, log or retain any content you type or speak into RantSpace. Your rants are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Feel2Art Content

When you use Feel2Art to generate content (poems, stories, artwork, quotes):

• You retain ownership of the emotional descriptions and prompts you provide
• AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may share generated content on social media with attribution to Feel2Art
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Services

General

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Purchases & Payments

If you make purchases through our Services (including artwork, subscriptions, credits or other products):

• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All purchases are subject to applicable taxes

Refund Policy

• Digital Products: Generally non-refundable once delivered or used
• Physical Products: Refundable within 30 days if item arrives damaged or defective
• Subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available within 7 days for first-time subscribers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAVAM WELLNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute goods or services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Navam Wellness and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any content you submit through the Services

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and any associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination shall survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability)

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Sending email notification for significant changes
